Bert Lemmens

After finalizing his Master’s degree in Science Engineering back in 1991, Bert stared his career as internal consultant at UPS. He got promoted to Benelux Engineering Manager, focusing on parcel distribution prior to exploring new horizons within Supply Chain. He became General Manager of the Black&Decker EDC before starting off his own company in 2002, specialized in supply chain interim management. The 10 years thought him what supply chain in Healthcare is all about. He worked on extended projects for DHL, Johnson&Johnson, Baxter (Fenwal) and ultimately for MSD. Bert now is employed as EMEA Supply Chain Manager at Terumo since 2013, with responsibility over inventory planning, warehousing, transport and customer service.
