Denis Yakushin

Denis is directly responsible for designing and developing the regional category strategy including building and managing a team of Cluster Category Managers in leading local sourcing projects. He also oversees sourcing projects including warehouse consolidation, transport flow optimization, as well as category-specific supplier segmentation, performance and innovation. In addition he plans and leads regional indirect procurement initiatives for the category.
