Eduardo was born and raised in Mexico City, where he obtained a Bachelor in Science in Mechanical Engineering. After completing a MBA in Carnegie Mellon in the USA, Eduardo joined McKinsey from 2000 to 2008, working in Supply Chain across multiple industries and geographies. After joining AstraZeneca in 2008, Eduardo has had several supply chain roles in the Americas organization. Since 2014 Eduardo is one of AstraZeneca Global Supply Directors, currently in charge of the oral solids anti diabetes portfolio.
