Jan Steuber

Jan Steuber is the Associate Director Demand Consolidation and Demand Planning Lead EMEA and Asia for Bristol-Myers Squibb. As part of the Business Forecasting and Strategic Planning team he is in close collaboration with the Commercial Market functions through monthly Demand Consensus and Budgeting cycles. In addition, Jan is accountable for the Global Demand Consolidation processes and related analytics for the entire portfolio of BMS. He also has close interaction and collaboration with functions across Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain like Supply Network Planning and Inventory Management. He also worked for more than 7 years for Mars Inc. as a Supply Chain Change Manager, implementing a new forecasting approach called Differentiated Demand Planning and 5 years for Philips Semiconductors as a tactical marketing manager responsible for the implementation of the successful Bluetooth product line. Overall, Jan has more than 15 years of expertise within Demand and Supply Planning areas, with his key goal being to add value to an end2end business process with a strong focus on lean thinking as an integrated part of the entire pipeline, for internal as well as external partners.
