Karine Javelle

Karine’s main goal through her role is to develop Supply Chain Data Analytics globally at Baxter. She and her team represent a Supply Chain center of excellence that supports the organization as a whole in some particular area of focus such as a profitability improvement, cost reduction, service level improvement or supply chain transformation. Karine has identified the importance of focusing on improving service and financial inefficiencies in logistics (Flows and DCs Optimization) and applies this in Network Optimization studies in all regions. She is also regularly involved in mergers, acquisitions and divestiture initiatives from a Supply Chain stand point as a project manager.
