Michel David

Michel is leading for over 2 years the development and implementation of the Roche Pharma Global Packaging Strategy. This strategy addresses both where and how we pack, enabling our packaging network and supply chain to capitalize on the opportunities offered by our rich Pipeline of new products, while addressing our market challenges. Michel has extensive international and cross-functional experience in the Pharma Industry, including manufacturing, finance, business development, strategy and supply chain acquired essentially at Roche, but also Aventis and at a Biotech start-up. Michel leverages particularly his operational experience leading a manufacturing facility and implementing LEAN, as well as the ability to steer change from a global perspective, in a pragmatic manner. In addition, Michel believes in the never ending quest for improvement, learning from best practices and in challenging organizations out of their comfort zones. Michel is a chemist by training and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
