Patrick is responsible for the development of the thought leadership in the area of Supply Chain Management for CAMELOT´s core industries. Among other innovations his team designed and implemented the CAMELOT Demand Driven LEAN Supply Chain Planning concept at top companies of the consumer products and pharmaceutical industries. Patrick has more than 16 years of business consulting experience and led major Supply Chain Transformation projects like Novartis, AstraZeneca, Clariant, Mars, Beiersdorf, DSM, Sabic, Roche, Teva, Astellas, Sanofi Aventis and others.
