Piero is directly responsible for managing the supply chain for Sandoz Germany and Hexal AG. The following areas belong to his area of responsibility: Marketing Planning/Demand Planning, Intercompany Supply Chain Management, Sales & Operations Planning, Launch & Transfer Management Germany, Supply & Customer Service Germany, Contract Manufacturing and Supply Chain Reporting. Piero also has extensive experience in establishing and optimizing the supply chain for Sandoz in the Middle East & Africa region where his focused strategy was not just about increasing Sandoz’s footprint in the region, but also about supporting a profitable and sustainable growth of business there. He is also a member of the German Sandoz Executive Committee.
